My motivation is the support I get from my family, especially my husband who has always complimented me on how I look, even when I was overweight. I have been exercing for almost 17 years. About 7 years ago, my younger sister died from cancer, and a year after she died, my aroebic instructor also died from cancer, so I was depressed by both losses. I stopped working out, so I started gaining weight. 2 years ago, I had my gall bladder removed, so my diet changed completely. I now eat healthier, although there are certain foods I cannot eat, I do not drink any carbonated drinks and I have found an exercise studio close by my work. I joined almost 2 years ago, and I really enjoy working out. I also started walking 3 miles 4 to 5 times a week. I have lost almost 15 lbs. and I'm almost at my goal. If anyone wants to lose weight but hates to exercise, I recomend that you find a park, your neighborhood, or walking videos and get WALKING!!!!! It's free and good for you. Try it, you might like it.!!! Good Luck, and God Bless!!

P.S. 2 other things that motivate me are I turned 50 this year and I feel GREAT and I will be a Grandma for the first time, this October. It's a Boy!!
